Free event. See inside Urrbrae House during the SA History Festival. Built in 1891 for pastoralist and philanthropist, Peter Waite, the heritage-listed house is now part of Adelaide University. Explore the public rooms of the elegant house and its beautiful gardens at your leisure. Staff and volunteer tour guides (in costume) will be on-site to answer questions.
The adjacent gardens and Waite Arboretum will also be open to explore until sunset.
