The Divine Walk Experience: Book Release + Embodiment Experience
Join us in person for The Divine Walk Experience — a magical mix of celebrating the book release and diving deep into an embodiment experience. The Divine Walk Experience is an intimate evening created in honor of my mother’s birthday and the women in my lineage—representing the fourth generation of healing.
This is not just a dance class.This is a guided embodiment experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your presence, and your reflection in a real, grounded way.
Through breathwork, stretching, mirror work, and intentional movement, you will be led through a process of release, recognition, and embodiment—allowing you to see yourself clearly and move differently from that place.
The space will be intentionally designed with flowers, soft lighting, and curated energy to support a safe and transformative experience.
What You’ll Experience:
- Grounding breathwork
- Full-body stretching and release
- Guided mirror work
- Walking and embodiment exercises
- Light movement flow
