The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR) is a ride for anyone with a Classic or Vintage-Styled motorcycle and, at least, a button down shirt on, preferably a suit. This ride happens on May 17th all over the world, in 110 countries, with 150,000 registered riders and has raised $60 Million, since 2012, for Men's Health, specifically Men's Mental Health and Prostate Cancer Research and Awareness. Here's the plan...
Come hungry because we will be out with coffee and breakfast for the Pre-Ride Kick-Back, BAKE SALE BIKE SHOW. Meet your fellow riders, check out their bikes, have your picture taken with your bike, sample the tasty treats at the bake sale, enjoy some Zeke's Coffee, use the bathroom, you get it. That is from 8am-10am.
Ride start time is 10am. That's kickstands UP!
With this being the 15 year anniversary, we are doing it BIG. The route starts ON EUTAW STREET IN CAMDEN YARDS!!! From there, we will head up through downtown to Hopkins University. From there on for a while it's twisting roads through the colleges and mansions of Baltimore. We will take you on roads you NEVER knew existed. There will be a break at Meadowood Park and riders will have the option to split off to Classic Motorcycle Day. If you stick with us, we will head down through Hamden and Druid Hill Park and ultimately back downtown to end at our after party at Checkerspot Brewing Company.

Two fantastic events happen on this same day, The DGR and Classic Motorcycle Day in Mt. Airy. We are excited to be a part of both!! We are starting early enough to make it out to Classic Motorcycle Day so we can enjoy each. In fact, you will have the choice half way through the ride if you would like to continue south into the heart of the city to really capture Baltimore's attention, or take the back roads past Woodstock out Old Fredrick Road to Mt. Airy for Classic British, European and Japanese Motorcycle Day.
We will have marshals to help us stay together through the ride. There will be a tow truck with us in case of a break down. The tow truck will have banners. There will be flags. I guarantee you haven't broken this many necks before unless you've ridden with us before.
Yes you can roll with us if you do not have a vintage motorcycle. But we will have the classic-style bikes up at the front. For more on what we/they mean, see their "Style Guide."
