· Good eating habits, what do they look like? How can we avoid those niggly problems like heartburn and indigestion so that we can aid optimum absorption of nutrients.
· Putting a healthy balanced plate together, what does it look like?
· What is an alkaline diet? Why is it beneficial? Let’s talk about inflammation reduction, how it manifests in the body and why it’s important to pay attention when it pops up!
· Recipes to support a healthy diet.
· Informal Q & A to end the session.
