Join us for a grounding outdoor experience designed to help women step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves, their direction and their intentions for the months ahead.The morning combines guided walking, reflective moments, journalling and meaningful connection with other women. Set in a beautiful natural environment, the experience is designed to create space for clarity, emotional reset and intentional planning for the next ninety days.
This is not a fitness event. It is a reflective walking experience where the pace of the group will shape the rhythm of the morning.

Cost per person: R110 (including - hike permit and private picnic spot)
Distance: 4 to 6km depending on the groups fitness
