This retreat invites participants to bring the heart of Buddhist practice into everyday life, exploring how mindfulness, compassion and wisdom can guide each moment.We'll explore how the essential spirit of Buddhist practice unfolds, not only on the meditation cushion, but in our homes, our work, our relationships and throughout the ordinary moments of our days.
This retreat will include guided meditation, reflective inquiry and the mindfulness of daily life. We will examine how the foundations of Dharma - awareness, compassion and wisdom - can infuse the rhythms of our ordinary living together and we'll learn to open to the freshness and possibility of awakening each moment.
This retreat is suitable for both new and experienced meditators.
