About this Event
The Deep Dinner is a spirituality dinner salon to discuss spirit and faith from the heart. We are rooted in no tradition and have no agenda. People of any belief or no belief are welcome.
This Month: Finding Your Way
When will we get there? When do we know we are there? What is it we are looking for? Our guest speaker, Rabbi Benjamin Spratt, knows what it means to wander: he tried every form of Judaism before becoming the head Rabbi of Congregation Rodeph Shalom. Please join us for a lovely conversation over dinner.
Meals will be for 15 people. The diner is vegan. If you have other dietary concerns, please let us know.
Doors at 6:30pm, start 7:00pm (the venue is a 3-floor walk up, with no elevator)
Cancellation Policy: Due to the preparations for our dinners, we cannot honor cancellations made the day before or later.**
Your Hosts:
Mark Gilman: a Multifaith Jew with experience in several spiritual traditions and has led many events for interfaith discussion and spiritual exploration.
Stephen Silva: program manager for experimental NYC synagogue Lab/Shul. His journey involved converting to Judaism from Christianity, and his passions involve "feeding and teaching".
