Liability Waiver and Release

Thank you for registering to participate in Beyond the Reach’s event. Your attendance and participation with any and/or all parts of the event waives and releases Beyond the Reach TN’s, its vendors, speakers, and donors from any and all claims and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the event. This waiver and release include, without limitation, any claims arising from injury, exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses, death, or property loss or damage, and all claims in respect of the risks noted herein, known and unknown, regardless of the cause and even if caused by negligence, whether passive or active. You agree to not sue any of the Released Parties on the basis of these waived and released claims.

Recordings and Photos

I understand that I and my surroundings may appear in photos and videos taken for Beyond the Reach may be shared with tv and online media and print. As such, I consent to my image and surroundings being included in such recordings. I understand at any time that I wish to revoke Beyond the Reach’s privilege to use my image and surroundings, I must provide written notice to [email protected].

General Provisions

My entry into this Agreement is in consideration of my participation in the event. This Agreement will be legally binding not only on me but also my heirs, next of kin, and legal representatives, and will run in favor of Beyond the Reach and all other Released Parties. I understand this Agreement applies throughout the duration of my participation in the event. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the other terms will remain effective. This Agreement will be governed by Tennessee law.

Confirmation

By participating in the event, I affirm that I read and understand this Agreement and wholly comply.
