Street Talent Support Career (S.T.S.C) is an innovative initiative designed to bridge the gap in opportunities for Tanzanians with artistic talents, especially within the music sector. Recognizing that many young artists face challenges such as a lack of arts education, prohibitive studio costs, and insufficient marketing knowledge, S.T.S.C aims to identify, train, and provide platforms for these artists to succeed internationally.The project officially began on October 1, 2024, and is already yielding positive results. Our primary objective is to nurture youth talents, provide comprehensive arts education, and teach artists how to engage with the international market effectively.

Day time Activities (Workshops & Culture)• The Opening: Official welcome with speeches and introductions to Swahili Records, PMM,and S.T.S.C.• House Tour: A guided walk through of our creative facility for guests and partners.• Music Production Workshop (2 Hours): A practical workshop led by Manuuh Swai, Lukta, and Maiko covering equipment, signal flow, live music recording and bouncing a demo.• Singeli Music Workshop a Singeli music production workshop by producer Maiko.• MAKE-PLAY-DANCE: An interactive session by Lukta focusing on traditional Swahili instrument making, playing, and dance.• Art Workshop: A Swahili Arts Exhibition featuring a Live Mural Painting session.Evening Activities (The Showcase)• Outdoor Stage: High-energy performances utilizing a full professional PA system.• Student Showcase: S.T.S.C students will open the show, presenting their original work to the audience for the first time.• Open Mic / Open Desk: A platform for visiting artists and local talent to engage with our setup.Project Management & TeamThe project is spearheaded by seasoned industry professionals:• Michael Mganga (Producer Maiko): Project Leader and Chief Consultant • Manuuh Swai: Chief Consultant • The S.T.S.C Team: A collaborative group of songwriters, educators, choreography instructors, and guest consultants.
