Join The Darkroom and the local Ferries on Film group for a special photo meetup as part of the Seattle City Tour!
- 1:00 PM – Gather at the terminal, purchase ferry tickets
- 1:30 PM – Board ferry for Photowalk kickoff, introductions, and a group photo with the film crew.
- 2:05 PM – Ferry departs for Bainbridge Island.
The main highlight will be the 35 minute ride to Bainbridge Island - shooting film on the decks, capturing stunning views of the Seattle skyline, and connecting with fellow photographers.
Once we arrive at Bainbridge Island, attendees can either:
- Head into town (a short walk from the dock) for food, drinks, and more photos
- Or ride the same ferry back for another 35 minute return trip to Seattle
Important Notes:
- Signup is free, but each participant must purchase their own ferry ticket ($10.25 round-trip if traveling on foot).
- Please arrive on time. The ferry will not wait if you’re late.
- We strongly recommend boarding as a pedestrian, not by car, to avoid long wait times.
- This ferry is very large and can easily accommodate our group, but we still need an estimated headcount.
- Dress for October weather. The ferry has both indoor seating and outdoor decks.
