The Daring Way

This is a guided exploration of vulnerability, courage, shame resilience, and the stories we tell ourselves.
It’s not about “fixing” anything, it’s about finding our footing again, in the solid, grounded place where our values meet our real lives.

Together, we will:

• Explore the shields we use to protect ourselves (and gently set them down)
• Build skills for shame resilience and emotional regulation
• Identify your core values and how they guide brave action
• Examine old stories that are ready to be rewritten
• Step into the kind of courage that shapes how you show up in 2026

And yes… there will be laughter

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants- to keep the experience intimate and supportive.
