The Dangers of Implicit Bias

The purpose of this training is to create a more inclusive learning environment that addresses the needs of all children particularly children with special needs, English Language Learners, and other at-risk groups. Participants will be made aware of implicit bias, the dangers of it, how it affects children, and how to counter it.
