The AMDC x Kiwi Kisses Dancer Wellness Experience is a unique experience designed to help young dancers build strength, confidence, and healthy habits to support their training and performance.

Perfect for dancers of all levels, this workshop combines Pilates, nutrition education, and dance training in one inspiring afternoon.

This teen dance workshop is designed to be interactive, supportive, and engaging.

Dancers will take part in:

💪 Pilates for Dancers
Improve core strength, alignment, flexibility, and injury prevention.

🥗 Nutrition Workshop (Hands-On)
Learn how to fuel for dance training and make a simple, healthy snack.

💃 Dance & Performance Class
Build technique, confidence, and stage presence through choreography.

• Small group setting (limited to 20 dancers)
• Split into 2 groups for a more personalised experience
• 45-minute Pilates & Nutrition sessions (rotating groups)
• 2-hour Dance & Performance session to finish

• Dancers aged 10–18
• Suitable for all levels (recreational to competitive dancers)

This workshop supports dancers to:

• Build strength and prevent injury
• Understand dance nutrition and energy
• Improve confidence and performance
• Develop a positive mindset around training

• Water bottle
• Comfortable dancewear
• Snacks
