Through embodied practices, guided reflection, and conscious connection, we balance action and receptivity, structure and flow, strength and softness.
This is an entry-level class/ no dance experience needed. Just come as you are, move freely, feel deeply, and reconnect to your natural rhythm, presence, and aliveness.
