The Dad La Soul Sessions: (Dads Only Night Out): Chats & Comedy

This is not networking, it’s not group therapy, there's no space for awkward small talk and there are no drinking games.

Instead, this is a night out with fellas who get it, featuring guest speakers, comedy, board games, decent tunes, VR headsets and conversations that matter.

We reimagine men’s mental health with a Trojan Horse approach.

On the surface, it looks like a kick-ass social night.

Inside, it is a ready-made network of peers and experts where men can talk about the stuff they usually ignore.

Generally, on a lads’ night, you talk nonsense and pretend everything is fine.

With us, you laugh and then speak honestly about life, fatherhood and mental health.

We listen without prejudice; that, my friends, is something quite special.

Dads and male-identifying carers, 16+, from all backgrounds and situations.

It doesn’t matter what your postcode is, your marital status, or the size of your bank balance.
