A wholesome evening to come back into your body, soften your nervous system, and finally understand your emotions through your menstrual cycle.
Run by Stef from flow and bloom, a Women's Health Registered Nurse and Menstrual Cycle Educator.
If you’ve ever felt confused by your moods,
overwhelmed in the days before your period,
or disconnected from your cycle altogether, this space is for you.
Together, we’ll slow down and explore how your hormones influence your emotions, so you can stop fighting your body and start understanding what it’s asking for.
This evening is for you if:
✦ You feel disconnected from your cycle or emotional patterns
✦ The days before your period feel heavy, reactive, or overwhelming
✦ You’ve been told “it’s normal” but still feel unsupported
✦ You’re craving softness, clarity, and genuine connection with other women
What you’ll experience:
✦ A womb-centred meditation to help you unwind and settle your nervous system
✦ Gentle cycle education to understand emotional shifts across each phase, including why irritation or overwhelm can rise before your period
✦ Guided journaling prompts for all four phases to deepen self-awareness and emotional clarity
✦ A warm, safe space with hormone-supportive tea, reflection, and connection
