The Crow Flies at Midnight is a late-night lakeside sound meditation and overnight gathering designed for deep rest, reflection, and connection. We’ll gather beside the water as night settles in, forming a circle around the fire. The evening begins with gentle grounding and breathwork before moving into an immersive gong meditation. The powerful vibrations of the gongs move through the body like waves, helping release tension, quiet the mind, and invite deep stillness.
Mats and blankets will be provided so you can fully relax and receive the sound journey.
After the meditation, the space remains open for quiet reflection as we transition into a peaceful overnight camp beside the lake.
In the morning, we’ll gather once more for a light integration circle—sharing tea, reflections, and grounding before departing.
