Join us for an illuminating conversation between renowned designer Nicole Miller and author Candace Bushnell. The pair will discuss Miller’s career in fashion, creative process, and what it means to create something iconic.

Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller is an American fashion designer whose distinctive style has earned her a loyal following among consumers, celebrities, and industry professionals over her 40-year career. In 2019 she became one of the longest showing designers at New York Fashion Week. Mille She is a CFDA member and has been the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the Legend of Fashion Award (2006), Fashion Group International Lifetime Achievement Award (2012), the Visionary Woman Award (2014), and Fashion Designer of the Year at Hamptons Fashion Week (2022).


Candace Bushnell

Candace Bushnell is a best-selling novelist, TV producer, and, most recently, the star of her own one-woman show, the critically acclaimed True Tales of Sex, Success and Sex and the City. Bushnell is famously the author of Sex and the City, published in 1996, the basis for the TV of the same name. Bushnell is the international best-selling author of Four Blondes, Trading Up, Lipstick Jungle, One Fifth Avenue, and The Carrie Diaries. Lipstick Jungle and The Carrie Diaries each became network TV series (NBC and The CW) for two seasons.
