THE CREATIVE TEMPLE is an experiential workshop designed to awaken, hydrate, and ignite your creative mindset — the inner engine that shapes your thoughts, expands your possibilities, and opens the door to creating from abundance rather than fear or scarcity.

Through a guided sequence of embodied creative practices, we will explore:

How ideas are born, why creative blocks appear, and how to access states of clarity, flow, and expansion.

Shifting from Scarcity to Creative Abundance

Learn how to interrupt limiting inner narratives and activate new neural pathways that strengthen intuition, confidence, and possibility.

Activating Your Chemistry of Well-Being

Through sensory rituals and creativity exercises, we stimulate dopamine, endorphins, and grounded energy that awaken joy, focus, and emotional resilience.

Creativity as a Muscle

Experience step-by-step practices to strengthen your creative confidence and reconnect with your inner vision and original essence.

Materials, Herbs & Practices We Will Use

We will work with a blend of Amazonian and ancestral-inspired practices combined with creative neuroscience, including:

• A mix of grounding herbs to support presence, clarity, and expansion
• Breathwork and guided sensory activation using Hapé to awaken the creative brain
• Journaling and drawing exercises designed to activate new neural pathways
• Ritual elements that support emotional grounding and creative awakening

All materials will be provided during the session.

Carolina Alzate is a Colombian designer, brand creator, and creative mentor based between Medellín and New York.

She grew up in Medellín, Colombia — a place that taught her to create in the midst of contrast, chaos, and transformation.
Over the past 21 years, she has led brand and innovation projects for companies such as Club Colombia, Evok, Alpina, and Ramo.

Carolina is the founder of OPENLAB and GUNAWIA, and has been honored with four international Pentawards (Paris, London, Tokyo, Barcelona). She has also been recognized as a Woman to Watch.

Her personal journey is deeply connected with ancestral knowledge and indigenous medicine from communities in Colombia and Ecuador.
Her methodology bridges creative tools, emotional mastery, and ancient wisdom, inviting others to create from authenticity and inner power.

Today, she guides women around the world to reconnect with their creative essence and build businesses from the inside out.
