Join us for a 2.5-hour mini-retreat at the San Francisco Botanical Garden designed for entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers who want to close out 2025 and step into 2026 with more clarity and focus.
Drawing on behavior science and wellbeing research, we’ll guide you through practices that:
- Help your nervous system shift out of stress mode.
- Unlock creative flow and new perspectives
- Build habits proven to increase focus, energy, and recovery.
- Create a sense of connection and belonging that fuels your resilience for the coming year.
This intimate retreat blends mindfulness, movement, and creative reflection with Geode Lifeworks’ evidence-based approach to resilience and thriving. Expect to leave not just refreshed, but with tools you can use in daily life to navigate pressure and prevent burnout.
We’re thrilled to have this session co-facilitated by Lee Davidson, artist and life coach, along with Skye King, behavior scientist, entrepreneur and founder of Geode Lifeworks.

When: Tuesday, Feb. 10th OR Sunday, Feb. 22nd | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Where: San Francisco Botanical Garden (meeting location shared once you've registered)
Level of Activity: This retreat will include gentle activities including walking, standing, and sitting.
Bring: Comfortable shoes, small water bottle, clothes you can move in. We’ll provide light snacks and creative materials. Depending on the weather, you may also consider bringing a jacket, hat, umbrella or other items for your personal comfort.

Lee Davidson: As a coach, facilitator, and artist, Lee helps clients tap into identity and belonging, by bringing compassionate presence, creative practices, and a gift for building community into every space they hold.

Participant Release & Consent (Agreement by Registration)
By registering for The Creative Reset: A Mini-Retreat for Energy & Renewal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Voluntary Participation: I understand that participation in this retreat is voluntary. I may choose not to take part in any activity and can take breaks whenever I need.
- Health & Safety: I recognize that this retreat includes light physical activity such as walking and sitting outdoors. I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing during the event, and I release the facilitators (Geode Lifeworks, Skye King, and Lee Davidson) from liability for any injuries, accidents, or property loss.
- Media Release: I understand that photos and/or video may be taken during the retreat. These may be used in future Geode Lifeworks materials (website, social media, marketing). If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the facilitators when I arrive.
- Acknowledgment: By completing registration, I confirm that I have read and understood this release and agree to these terms.
