The Creative Community Garage Sale & Craft Fair is a two-day community event happening April 18 and 19 from 10 AM to 6 PM at the St. Nicholas Society, 206 Madison St. in East Rochester. This event brings neighbors together to declutter, create, and connect. Local artists and makers will be selling handmade work, community members will be selling gently used items, and food vendors will be on site throughout the day. The goal is simple: clear out what you no longer need, support local creativity, and spend the day making something fun with your community.
The Community Cuties group will be hosting free art activities so people of all ages can jump in and create together. There will also be donation boxes accepting clothing and other items to benefit Open Door Mission, the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Recovery All Ways, and local outreach efforts. Donations will be washed and distributed to the organizations that can use them most. Clothing that isn’t suited for direct donation will be saved for an upcoming clothing swap later this year.
The event is free to attend and open to the public.
This community day is co-hosted by Hannah and Community Cuties and is all about creativity, sharing resources, and bringing people together in a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.
