About this Event

Who is this for?

If you’re the one who always “handles it,” keeps things moving, anticipates everyone’s needs, and quietly wonders why you’re so tired— this isn’t because you’re failing - or not doing enough.

It’s because you’ve been carrying roles God never assigned you.
Somewhere along the way, control got mislabeled as strength.
Over-functioning became responsibility.
And exhaustion became normal.
The Cost of Control is a truth-forward workshop for women who are done managing everything—and everyone—while calling it responsibility.
We will talk honestly (and with a little humor) about:

  • What women were actually designed to carry
  • Why control feels safer than trust (until it doesn’t)
  • How “being the strong one” slowly turns into being the lonely one
  • What feminine power looks like according to God—not culture, trends, or trauma

This is not a lecture on “just let go.”
And it’s definitely not a call to shrink, submit, or disappear.
It’s about releasing false responsibility, reclaiming right alignment, and learning how to express power without burning yourself down—or your relationships— in the process.
And no—you’re not the only one doing this.
That’s why this isn’t a solo exercise.
This is a room where women stop pretending they’re fine,
laugh a little at how obvious it all suddenly feels,
and remember they don’t have to carry life alone.
Come if you’re ready to:

  • Stop being the emotional project manager of the world
  • Tell the Truth about what control has actually cost you
  • Sit in a space where belonging doesn’t require perfection
  • Be surrounded by women who get it—without explanation

You don’t need to fix yourself before you arrive.
You don’t need to tone it down or clean it up.
Just come.
Take your seat.
You belong here—even if you’ve been trying to do it all by yourself.
