Things to Mention To Your Group:
-Note that your group block is April 21, 2024 – April 27, 2024. Guests must edit the dates to select the # of nights they would like to stay. The default will only show one night, if it’s not changed. See below example.
-Guests will be charged first night’s room and tax at the time of booking, which will serve as the deposit.
- All guests must book by March 21, 2024 . The Weblink will close on March 21, 2024 and cannot be reopened (rooms will be immediately returned to hotel inventory).
-Any changes to guest reservations after Weblink is received will need to be made directly with the hotel.
-Any additional dates that are not part of the contracted block will need to be booked directly with the hotel as a separate reservation.
