Sankofa Session presents, The Cookout, where culture, community, and conversation collide. Set in a backyard with the music flowing, the grill smoking, and the drinks pouring, The Cookout brings people together for unfiltered conversations about Black life, identity, and the global diaspora. It’s a live experience—part podcast, part block party—where no topic is off limits and everybody has something to say. Hosted by Kofi and Kofi, alongside comedian Mu Cuzzo and a rotating mix of guests, each episode blends humor, honesty, and real perspective. With a live audience, DJ, and food truck in the mix, the energy stays high while the conversations go deep—from culture and politics to relationships, generational shifts, and everything in between.
