About this Event
We will be working within Ham Lands, in collaboration with Friends of Ham Lands and LBRuT, to manage the woodland, scrub and glades.
Tasks may include:
- Bramble clearance
- Felling of invasive saplings
- Haloing around veteran and fruit trees
- Removing tree suckers encroaching on pathway
- Planting tree whips
Meet at the zebra crossing on Riverside Drive (next to the pathway that leads down to Teddington Lock). Look for the TCV van. From there, we will head to the session site.

Please bring:
- packed lunch & water
- suitable outdoor clothes (that will keep you warm the whole day)
- hat & sunblock
- suitable outdoor footwear (it can be muddy in places)
We provide hot drinks, so please bring your own mug (and spoon).
Please DO NOT attend our sessions if you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 5 days.
