The Connection is a full-day business growth and strategy experience created for women in business who want to step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

This day is designed for women who are carrying a lot in their business, their leadership, and their lives, and who want to move out of survival mode and back into purposeful, sustainable growth.

This day is not about doing more.
It is about focusing on the right things.

You will have space to think, practical strategy to guide you, and a supportive room of women who understand the realities of running a business.

You will spend the day combining business growth strategy, honest conversation, and meaningful connection, leaving with renewed energy and clear next steps you can actually follow through on.

Practical, grounded sessions focused on clarity, direction, and momentum without hustle culture, overwhelm, or fluff.

Time and space throughout the day to talk, reflect, and build relationships naturally.
No pitching. No forced icebreakers. No awkward networking.

This is a day where you can show up as you are capable, thoughtful, experienced, and maybe carrying a bit too much, and feel supported rather than judged.

Speakers and the full line-up will be announced at the end of January, with weekly updates shared in the lead-up to the event.

We are also finalising additional elements to make the day a full experience, including:
• an early morning wake-up yoga session
• evening entertainment, supported by Menopause of Sound disco
• other feel-good additions to support reflection, connection, and enjoyment

All additional experiences are optional and included in the full-day ticket.
