The Confidence Series

In-person coaching workshops from Momentum Coaching

Step into a space designed to nurture growth, boost self-belief, and equip you with practical tools to feel more confident in your everyday life.

Hosted by Momentum Coaching, this uplifting series of three in-person group coaching workshops explores confidence from different angles—helping you build it, express it, and support it in others. Whether you join one session or attend all three, you’ll walk away with real strategies you can use straight away.

Each session is limited to eight participants to ensure meaningful discussion, tailored insights, and a comfortable psychological space to explore the topics. Held at the calming Roots of Respect studio, you’ll be welcomed with a warm drink, a snack from Sunshine Bakery, and a small well-being gift to take home.

Session 3- Confidence in Connection

Sometimes the greatest expression of confidence is how we show up for others. This heart-centred workshop focuses on how to support the people around us—friends, family, colleagues, or clients—especially when they’re experiencing anxiety or low self-esteem, without losing our own sense of balance.

This 90-minute in-person group coaching session offers a warm, reflective space for insight, discussion, and practical tools. With a maximum of 8 participants, you’ll have room to engage comfortably and meaningfully.

We’ll begin with fresh coffee, tea, and a treat from Sunshine Bakery, followed by a calming opening practice. From there, we’ll explore:

✅ How to recognise and respond to anxiety in others with empathy but without over-functioning

✅ Holding space – active listening, grounded presence, and confidence in silence

✅ Co-regulation strategies – techniques to calm yourself and others in anxious moments

✅ Boundaries with care – how to be supportive without taking on too much

✅ Language that lifts – empowering, compassionate communication tools

✅ Self-reflection & shared discussion – helping you integrate these skills into real-life situations

You’ll leave with renewed clarity on how to support others from a place of steadiness and strength—whether you’re a parent, partner, leader, or friend.

This is the final part of the Confidence Series, but you’re welcome to attend this session on its own.

🎁 Includes a well-being gift and supportive, judgment-free space.

You’re welcome to attend this session on its own, or as part of the wider Confidence Series.

Confidence Series Program Details:

Session 2: Confidence in Confrontation

Preparation, emotional regulation & techniques

Difficult conversations don’t have to derail your day. Learn how to manage your emotions, set boundaries, and hold your own with calm confidence.

Session 3: Confidence in Connection

Supporting others (and ourselves), including those living with anxiety
