The Complete Angler fly fishing school offers every angler the opportunity to improve their skills as a fisherman. From beginners through to the seasoned anglers, there is something for everyone.Broken into four classroom lessons and two afternoon lessons, the course is designed to give a thorough grounding in all aspects of fly fishing. The classroom sessions are held on successive Tuesday nights. In addition, there will be two casting days held on Sunday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm at "The Groynes", Johns Rd , on dates suitable to the majority of the class. These dates will be decided on the first night of the course. All gear necessary for casting will be provided for those who require it.
Tuesday Night Lessons Include:
○ Lesson One: Introduction. The Basics and Tackle
○ Lesson Two: Tackle Continued. Fly Fishing Problems and Solutions. Knots, Rigs and Indicators.
○ Lesson Three: About the Trout and Anglers Entomology.
○ Lesson Four: Lake Tactics . River Tactics.
When:
○ Night Lessons: Tuesday's 7-9pm
○ Casting Classes: Sunday's 2-4pm (Groynes Afternoon)
