About this Event
Join us for The Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Training!
In times of ongoing stress and uncertainty, having practical tools to support ourselves and one another is essential.
This training introduces a holistic and values-centered adaptation of the Community Resilience Model (CRM), designed to support individuals and communities experiencing trauma and chronic stress. Grounded in connection, compassion, and our shared humanity, this session offers simple, body-based skills that help stabilize the nervous system and restore a sense of balance.
Participants will learn practical CRM techniques to reduce stress and anxiety while also exploring meaning-making and spirituality as sources of strength, hope, and grounding. Through guided practice and reflection, this training supports both personal well-being and collective resilience. Additionally, there will be an optional opportunity to participate in Zen meditation before the training!
Whether you are supporting others or looking for tools for yourself, this training offers accessible strategies that can be used in everyday life, in your work, and within your community.
