Join Us for the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Training!
Get ready to boost your skills with this in-person event all about building resilience and community strength. This training offers the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), an evidence-informed, trauma-informed framework, adapted specifically for social service professionals, behavioral health providers, case managers, educators, outreach staff, and frontline helpers. Participants will explore core CRM skills that support nervous system stabilization in the face of secondary trauma, chronic stress, and workplace demands.
Participants will leave with concrete strategies to:
- Support their own well-being while serving others
- Help clients stabilize in moments of overwhelm
- Reduce the impact of vicarious trauma
- Strengthen relational presence and engagement
- Promote resilience at both individual and community levels
