About this Event
This alternative therapy is based on the concept that the ear is a microsystem reflecting the entire body - in a similar way to reflexology.
There's over 200 points on the ear! By placing several acupuncture needles into a selection of these points creates a targeted response in the body, promoting natural self-healing of the concern being treated.
Some of the benefits include: overall sense of well-being, restore body to a state of homeostasis (Balancing Yin and Yang), increased calmness, pain relief, improved sleep, relief from stress and/or emotional trauma, inner quiet, strength and connection to self.
The treatment can also be tailored to specific concerns such as - anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal pain, addictions, migraines, side effects of steroid treatments, allergies, insomnia and more.
Please note: Acupuncture is not suitable for the following:
- Pregnant people
- Anyone who has epilepsy/prone to fits or haemophiliacs
