A week before Mother’s Day, we’re creating a softer, deeper edition of The Cocoon Experience.
Inspired by the feeling so many people described after the last one — “like returning to the womb.”
This is an invitation to pause, soften, and let yourself be held.
Not another wellness class. Not another thing to perform.
A real reset.
Wrapped in aerial silk cocoons, guided by ceremonial cacao, live sound, and a new voice woven into the experience, you’ll be invited to slow down, feel safe, and return to yourself.
✨ The Experience
You’ll arrive to a warm, intimate studio filled with candlelight, soft music, and the scent of ceremonial cacao.
We begin in a small circle with Soul & Spirit ceremonial cacao — infused with rose and ashwagandha to support openness, grounding, and relaxation.
From there, you’ll settle into your aerial silk cocoon: soft, supportive, suspended just above the ground. Wrapped in silk and gently held, your body can finally stop bracing.
Then the journey begins.
Live flute, chimes, layered instruments, ambient textures, and healing frequencies by Elly Kace, whose warm, motherly voice will gently guide you even deeper into a feeling of being held, supported, and safe to receive.
This version of the Cocoon Experience is inspired by the feeling of floating in the womb.
A place before the pressure. Before the performance. Before needing to hold everything together.
As the sound moves through the room, something begins to soften.
The mind grows quieter. The body relaxes. The nervous system unwinds.
For two hours, there is nowhere to be, nothing to do, and nothing to figure out.
Only space to rest, release, and remember what it feels like to be held.

Founder of SUGARHAUS and Soul & Spirit Cacao. After leaving corporate NYC, she spent years in Guatemala studying ceremonial cacao with Indigenous Mayan practitioners. Over the past 7 years, she's held space for hundreds of individuals across the world through immersive cacao ceremonies and transformational experiences that bridge ancient ritual with modern urban life.
Elly Kace @ellykacemusic
Brooklyn-based certified sound healing and yoga facilitator with over 20 years of practice. Classically trained singer and music producer who weaves crystal bowls, chimes, and her nurturing voice into deeply immersive sound baths. Certified in advanced yoga and sound meditation, her intuitive journeys focus on nervous system regulation, deep release, and radical self-acceptance.
