You are invited to attend The Coaching Lane: The Learner Driver Launchpad on Wednesday 29th April 2026 in the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct, Maxine Brushe Meeting Room, from 5:45pm to 7:00pm.
This practical and engaging session helps you feel more confident, calm, and capable when supporting a learner driver – both now and in the future.
Whether you’re about to begin the learner driver journey or already spending hours in the left‑hand seat, this session will give you tools you can use immediately.
What this session covers
- How to coach, not just instruct, during learner drives
- Strategies to manage stress, nerves, and tricky moments on the road
- Identifying and reducing key risks for young drivers
- Reinforcing safe driving habits and decision‑making
This session focuses on supporting the adult, recognising that confident supervisors help create safer drivers.
