We're turning 15 and throwing a big dumb party!We're doing a fancy Gala with acts from the mainland on September 4th - https://events.humanitix.com/the-clubhouse-15-year-anniversary-gala. But we also wanted a chance to celebrate some of our most favourite, special local acts who have performed at The Clubhouse over the years.
SHOW - 7pm
Our show will feature the likes of Tracey Cosgrove, Rob Braslin, Daryl Peebles, Sally Rose McShane, Claire Sullivan, Matt Burton, Mick Davies, and Steve McNees. And hosted by David Bakker.
GALLERY - 5pm
We've also taken a bunch of lovely photos over the years of acts like Hannah Gadsby, Rhys Nicholson, Aunty Donna, Geraldine Hickey, Mel Buttle, and heaps more. So we're going to put some of these on display in a gallery upstairs at the Hope & Anchor. We'll be running a silent auction on these, with funds raised donated to the Against Malaria Foundation.
Show kicks off at 7pm, and the gallery will be open from 5pm. So come some time after 5 and swan about with a drinkie, reminiscing about Clubhouses of years gone by. You can also grab some food downstairs before the show starts.
You don't need a ticket for the gallery, but will need to buy a ticket for the show.
