With no prior sailing experience required to participate in the race, Ella will guide you through the selection process, training, global route, fleet, stopovers, and crew life - sharing firsthand stories from her own three-leg journey on Our Isles and Oceans.

About the presenter
Ella Nieper is a second-generation Clipper sailor, following in the footsteps of her uncle who circumnavigated in 1996. Formerly a business analyst seeking a bold new challenge, Ella completed three legs of the 2023–24 race before joining the Clipper Recruitment Team.
