The perfect buttercream recipe for lovely smooth piping and decorating.
A variety of buttercream piping techniques including:
- Stunning piped mini-roses
- Ffestive foliage with green leaves
- Large piped Poinsettia
- Perfect piped white roses
You will be carefully taught the techniques and given time to practise each technique before going live on your final cupcakes.
- Colouring Buttercream to suit your desired colour scheme
- Finishing your 'flowers' off with beautiful pearls, sprinkles and dusts for a professional finish.
- Assembling a cupcake 'bouquet' from scratch - including plant pot, cellophane and tissue paper wrapping techniques, ribbons and bows, gift tags, and of course, cupcakes!
You will go home with your own original bouquet of cupcakes. You will also be given a fact sheet with full details of all of the products, recipes and tools that we have used throughout the day and a step by step guide to making the bouquet.
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
