For several months and continuing, every Thursday afternoon we’ve created a space at Knox Church in Old Strathcona for church groups and our neighbours who are struggling with hopelessness to form friendships and have spiritual conversations. Together we watch an episode of The Chosen, share our feelings and thoughts about the episode, and eat together. This is an opportunity for our homeless neighbours to participate in healthier more meaningful interactions and conversations.
