About this Event
Cooks and Dietary Planners are invited to meet, share ideas, and engage in conversations with fellow professionals. Participants will discuss healthy eating and menu planning from the perspective of current nutrition recommendations for children. Conversations and brainstorming emerging from this group will be ongoing and we hope to continue Community of Practice throughout the year.
Join Michele Hurd Huron Perth Public Health Dietitian in a morning workshop to discuss ideas for healthy meals, snacks,
planning on a budget,
meals for children with dietary restrictions.
We will end our day with a delicious Food Demonstration of a tasty snack!
