For one night only, Pitt Bros opens its kitchen for an exclusive, immersive dining experience designed by Chef John Relihan — one of Ireland’s leading voices in live-fire cooking.
This is not a standard dinner.
This is BBQ as theatre.
Expect bold smoke, rich flavour, and a guided journey through the craft of authentic Barbecue Dishes — reimagined with premium Irish ingredients and paired with Dublin’s own Hope Beer.
