About this Event
If you’ve ever wondered how a chef shops at the farmers market to whip up a gourmet meal, this is your chance! Join Chef Sarah Beckwith, Director of Food Operations for Rosetta Hall, on a culinary field trip to the Boulder Farmers Market. On this intimate morning, Chef will lead the group to meet a few of her favorite farmer partners. Then, with ingredients purchased, Chef will host a public cooking demo at the Savor booth in the Farmers Market. Guests will be invited to taste along the way, and partake in this engaging experience!
8 AM - 10:00 AM - Private market tour and shopping with Chef
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Public cooking demo at the booth
Attendees will be gifted a Boulder County Farmers Market tote bag, and are encouraged to shop along the tour. Attendees will be given priority for tastings.
