THE CHALICE: An Exploration of the Cups Suit in the Tarot – Workshop with B. Earl
In the PRS Library!
The Grail Quest is one of the most recognized spiritual quests in literature. In it, Parsifal (The Fool), fails to heal the Fisher King when he doesn’t know the right questions to ask about the Grail and the Lance. In this workshop we are going to explore how the Cups Suit brings us into a deeper spiritual connection with ourselves as well as each other. By asking the right questions to understand the emotions lurking beneath the surface, we can learn through the Tarot how to better understand our own mythic quests in the realm of Love.
With writer and Tarot reader B.Earl joining us once again in the PRS Library, we will use the Cups to explore how Tarot relates to our everyday life as well as the world around us. We will be comparing the symbols between Rider-Waite-Smith, Thoth, and Marseilles. Bring your deck, your open mind, and your intuition and let’s get curious together!
About B. Earl:
B.Earl has been studying Tarot since the age of eleven, but only recently began exploring it in his public life. As a Marvel writer of such superheroes as Spider-Man and Daredevil, Earl uses his esoteric studies as both inspiration and structure in his narratives. As a storyteller, B.Earl’s journey has taken him from filmmaking to technology, most recently working in AI with the creative studio Lore Machine.. Currently, B.Earl lives in LA with his puppy Mila and his son Liam and travels to New York to see his love, Liz.

REFUND POLICIES
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for PRS events, except in the event of a medical emergency, including but not limited to a positive COVID-19 test.
In the event that PRS is forced to cancel an event entirely, tickets will be refunded or vouchers offered for a rescheduled event.
PARKING
Parking is available in both front lot (entry from Los Feliz Blvd. when heading east) and back lot (entry from first alley way, off Griffith Park Blvd. from intersection with Los Feliz Blvd.), as well as ample street parking on Griffith Park Blvd.
PRS EVENT POLICIES
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Events are subject to change without notice, including guest speakers and/or performers.
- We encourage you to arrive at least 30 min. before the scheduled event start time to find parking, enjoy the Bookstore and take your seats.
- Please turn off all mobile devices before the show. Talking and texting are not allowed during the events.
- No filming, audio recording or mobile phone recording of events, screenings, concerts or other programs by audience members is allowed without permission.
- There is no smoking permitted on PRS grounds.
- We strongly encourage guests to wear masks to PRS events to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
- PRS allows Service Animals into the facility under ADA and state guidelines. For further details please visit www.ADA.gov. No animals permitted whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, under ADA guidelines and CA Health Code.
- Please do not bring outside food or drink into PRS events.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited at PRS events.
