Rockford, IL — Community members are invited to clean out their closets and make a meaningful
difference at Clean Out Your Closet for a Cause, a special resale clothing event benefiting Sharsheret, a
national nonprofit organization supporting breast and ovarian cancer patients and their families.
Donations of gently used men and women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories are being accepted now
through April 18th at B. Jones. All donated items will be featured in a two-day resale shopping event on
April 24 and 25, with proceeds directly benefiting Sharsheret and its mission to provide critical support,
education, and resources to those facing breast and ovarian cancer.
Organized by Heather Stoeckicht and hosted by B Jones, the event brings the community together to
give back in a meaningful and tangible way. Shoppers will have the opportunity to refresh their
wardrobes while supporting women and families navigating cancer diagnoses and treatment.
“Every donation and every purchase helps provide vital services and compassionate support to women
and families who need it most,” said Stoeckicht. “It’s a simple way for our community to come together
and make a real impact.”
