The Carter Foundation has been serving our community for 12 years. Five years ago, we shifted our focus to Educate, Motivate, and Elevate and launched TCF Youth Academy.It has taken dedication, faith, and strong partnerships to reach this point and we are truly grateful for the role you have played.
