The Heart & Stroke Young Leaders are teeing it up at the iconic Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville for The Cardiac Cup, a golf tournament bringing together young professionals and golf enthusiasts for a memorable day on one of Canada's most celebrated courses, all while raising critical funds for life-saving heart and stroke research.
