The Calm Before Christmas Sound Bath Journey in Leeds

Invitation:

Soothe your soul and join Amy for a beautiful sound bath journey using crystal bowls, gong and other instruments. Amy is intuitively lead and will use instruments that call to her on the evening - all devised to aid in well-being but the crystal bowls will always play.

Amy creates a safe space with an atmosphere of community and connection.

What To Expect:

We will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares, journaling around nature's cycles before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used may include gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.

Please be aware this is not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker, people with metal implants or people with epilepsy or severe mental health problems, or people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

What you Will Need:

• Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, blanket
• Journal & a pen (optional)
• Water bottle for rehydration

About Your Guide:

Amy is a sound healer and sacred space holder currently on a year long shamanic training.

After the sudden death of her mother at an early age Amy went into a world of partying, staying in a safe office job all masking her true self for years. It was only after she received some reiki that things started to change. A new path opened up and she trained in reiki herself.

But it was sound that had the most profound effect. Sound activated her throat chakra to channel light language - it's been a wild ride!

And so Sacred Sounds emerged and that's where Amy finds herself today - helping others remember who they are.
