This year’s program will feature a full day of presentations, panels, and conversations touching on many of the most important and evolving topics in growing, processing, and building the California agave category. While the agenda is still being finalized, expect a wide range of discussions led by growers, distillers, researchers, and industry leaders who are shaping this space in real time.
