Join us for the California Agave Symposium — a gathering for anyone invested in the future of California’s emerging agave industry.
This year’s program will feature a full day of presentations, panels, and conversations touching on many of the most important and evolving topics in growing, processing, and building the California agave category. While the agenda is still being finalized, expect a wide range of discussions led by growers, distillers, researchers, and industry leaders who are shaping this space in real time.
For your travel planning, be aware that we're also working on an additional ticketed pre-symposium field tour and mixer the day before for those who want a deeper look at agave production here in California and to kick things off. More details on that will be coming.
