Player Check-in & Warm-Up (Competitive Round)
Info: Competitive players arrive, check in, and begin stretching or warming up. Player packs are distributed, rules reviewed, and starting holes are assigned.
🕑: 10:00 AM
Shotgun Start (12-Hole Competitive Round)
Info: The main tournament kicks off! All competitive level players begin simultaneously at designated holes. Live leaderboard tracking begins.

Newbie/Fun Round Check-in & Warm-Up
Info: Casual and first-time players check in, receive discs, and go through a light stretch and orientation on disc golf basics.
🕑: 11:00 AM
Longest Drive & Putting Challenge Begins
Info: Open competitions for all skill levels. Step up for a chance to show off your power throw or clutch putting skills—prizes on the line!

Newbies & Fun Round Begins, Wellness Zone Is Open
Info: 9-hole casual round starts for newbies and casual players. Simultaneously, the wellness activations (cold plunge, breathwork, smoothie bar, etc.) officially open to all.

Tournament Rounds End, Food & Vendor Village is Open
Info: All disc golf play wraps up. The Vendor & Sponsor Village opens wide with brand activations, sampling, music, photo ops, and food.

Awards Ceremony & Vibes Hour
Info: Winners are crowned! Prizes distributed, shoutouts given, and music picks up. Relax and mingle as we celebrate the community.

Golden Hour Hang & Ring of Fire
Info: Wrap the day with our sunset Ring of Fire putting game—high-energy, all-in fun with one last shot at glory. Chill vibes, great light, and shared laughs. Say Good byes
