The Business Athlete: How CEOs Sustain Peak Performance
CEOs are business athletes.
You’re expected to perform under pressure, make high-stakes decisions daily, and lead at full capacity, without always having time to step back and recalibrate how you operate.
This facilitated CEO breakfast is a working session focused on one question:
What habits allow leaders to perform at a high level consistently, without burning out or becoming the bottleneck?
Prior to the session, participants will complete a short self-assessment on clarity, energy, focus, and execution. We’ll use those insights to guide a candid, peer-level discussion on what helps CEOs stay sharp, aligned, and effective as their organizations grow.
This is not theory or motivation. It’s practical performance tuning for leaders responsible for results.
In this 2-hour session, we will:
- Identify where your time, energy, and attention are actually going.
- Surface habits that support, or quietly undermine, performance
- Compare operating practices with other CEOs
- Pressure-test what truly deserves your focus
- Leave with 2–3 specific adjustments you’ll implement immediately
You’ll leave with:
A clearer lens on how you operate as a leader and what needs to shift to sustain performance at scale.
