Burnout is an all too common experience in modern day life particularly for women. This workshop will offer a supportive and reflective space to better understand the emotional, mental, and physical impact of burnout. We will explore how burnout develops, particularly the often unseen pressures we may be carrying, and gently identify early signs within ourselves. The session is largely activity based, with guided exercises, reflections, and practical tools to help you begin protecting your energy and setting boundaries in a compassionate, realistic way.Delivered by Jane from Evolve therapy a qualified counsellor. This workshop offers a space to explore this topic in a supported way.
