The Bures Band, Western Australia’s answer to seventies-style vocals and harmonies, are set to release their much-anticipated sophomore album ‘Fool Circle’ this October through Love Police Records & Tapes, capturing the essence of the band’s joyful summer style.‘Fool Circle’ is a cosmic ride through the human charade of the love and life journey featuring the band’s highly distinguishable jangly guitars, luscious four-part harmonies, sweet rhythms and melodies.
The Bures Band’s second album follows on from the success of their debut LP Birds Nest (initially self-released, then re-released by Love Police Records & Tapes in 2022). Since releasing Birds Nest, The Bures Band have toured the country playing Panama, Queenscliff Music Festival, Out On The Weekend, Dashville Skyline and Wave Rock Weekender and supporting the likes of Grace Cummings, Leah Senior and Thee Sacred Souls.
Fool Circle is a cohesive capsule of cosmic folk rock; The Bures Band thrown into a new dimension reflective of 60s and 70s inspiration, continuing the band’s dreamscape odyssey from Laurel Canyon-like sounds to today.

The Bures Band (rhymes with fewers) formed in Perth, Western Australia in 2022 and comprises Stephen Bailey (guitar and vocals), Callum Anderson (lead guitar and vocals), Noah Symmans (drums), Danny Miles (guitar and vocals) and Tom Beech (bass/flute).
